RETURNS

Please be aware that all items are made-to-order items, which means that they are created specifically for you, requiring resources and many hours of craftsmanship. It is important to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

In order to accept the return, the item must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, and intact state, with the hang tag still attached. If these conditions are met, I will issue a refund for the full purchase price to the credit card used for the transaction. Please note that shipping costs, both for delivery and return, are not refundable.

Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted for return and may be sent back to you. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way, in this instance, you may choose to have the item sent back to you at your own expense.
